Production Launch in Yixing! TEEMO Accelerates Mass Production of Autonomous Vehicles

On the morning of April 29, the commissioning ceremony for TEEMO's Yixing Intelligent Manufacturing Base for autonomous vehicles was held with great success. This marks the completion of TEEMO's "Tongxiang + Yixing" dual-base strategic layout. It stands as a key historic milestone for TEEMO, transitioning from a single-site production setup to a synergistic dual-base mass production capability, and evolving from a core component supplier to a full-solution complete vehicle service provider.

Smart Manufacturing Upgrade: Capacity Deployment Enters a New Phase

As the second major intelligent manufacturing hub for autonomous vehicles after Tongxiang, the Yixing base will enable TEEMO to build a more stable and efficient large-scale delivery capability. Phase I of the Yixing base has already commenced production, with an annual capacity of 15,000 units. Construction of Phase II and a proving ground is expected to start in Q3 of this year, which will add another 20,000 units of annual capacity. By the end of the year, the combined total capacity of the "Tongxiang + Yixing" dual-base strategy will reach 45,000 units per year, laying a solid foundation for large-scale deliveries.

The Yixing Autonomous Vehicle Intelligent Manufacturing Base integrates production, testing, and operations into one facility, equipped with a full-process automated production line and a comprehensive quality control system. Fully featuring an AGV automated assembly line, automated warehouse, and WMS+ERP digital system, the base ensures intelligent and efficient operations throughout the entire process with automotive-grade quality assurance. This guarantees that every vehicle delivered achieves industry-leading standards in consistency, durability, and safety.
